Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data/source code from Journaly or our proprietary AI models.
Share your account credentials or resell access to the platform.

7. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of Journaly. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may contact our support team at support@journaly.lol within 15 days of your initial purchase to request a full refund. After 15 days, all subscription payments become non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
